By keeping a diary of your Exercise and Diet habits you can become more successful master of your weight loss program. You can check out where you are going right and where you are going wrong. When things are in writing they seem to carry more weight and focus your brain on the task in hand - so if you are serious about your weight loss program then start your diet diary today! Keep a small notebook with you all of the time and write down EVERYTHING that you eat and drink alongside any thoughts that you associate with your choice. Maybe you chose the pasta because you felt a bit sad or fed up or the juice because you were feeling healthy? Your choice. No comment is wrong, this is like the secret code to get you on the right track to your weight loss program. Crack the code today! When you analyze your diary you can help to adjust your weight loss program. Maybe enlist a diet buddy or a friend to help you with this? So, if you notice a pattern that when you are feeling shy you often hit the sugar then maybe think about how you can increase your confidence. Remind yourself why you are an interesting person who is great company, how you are attractive and are a brilliant kisser. You deserve to feel great and you absolutely don't need to rely on food to make you feel good. Think it again and again and you will realize that you are correct. In time you will radiate a new confidence which will help your weight loss program. Also, you will probably even start to attract more friends - who hopefully won't be late!
